Gribaud Inn

The Locanda Gribaud is a mountain tavern and farm  located in Brughiera, part of Valdilana municipality. In Gribaud they keep bees  and  manage pastures and woods, selling their honey and chestnuts.
They are also experimenting small scale horticulture and raising animals (sheep and hens).
The cuisine is territory based, inspired by local seasonal products and rural tradition
Menus are defined on weekly basis, depending on the availability of local and self-produced ingredients.
On weekends they serve lunch, dinner and “merenda sinoira” a convivial late-afternoon meal that belongs to piedmontese tradition
Reservation in required for all meals.
The tavern can welcome organized groups and host banquets, ceremonies and small events
The place is the starting point for numerous walks in the woods or towards the mountains above the large and spectacular Oasi Zegna
