Nordic Walking – NW Park

The activity for all is developed on five paths.

Nordic walking ( also called pole walking, in Italian walking with sticks) is a type of physical and sport activity that is practiced using specially designed sticks, similar to cross-country skiing.

Sport for all and practicable all year round, is good for the heart and circulation, strengthens the arms and shoulders, improves posture and tones the buttocks and abdominals, losing weight.
Oasi Zegna has a Nordic Walking Park®, certified according to the criteria of the SINW (Italian School of Nordic Walking): five marked routes of different lengths and difficulties provide graded levels of training.

Novareia Route – easy, about 6 km
Bellavista itinerary – average difficulty, about 9 km
Route to the Heathland – average difficulty, about 8 km
The “black path of the wolf” – medium difficulty, about 8 km
The “blue path of the owl” – easy, about 5 km

The equipment can be rented on site.

For visitors OverAlp organize and manage Nordic Walking tours. They are all highly specialized escorts, covered by adequate insurance
