Bielmonte
Bielmonte, is the heart of the Zegna Oasis.
Located at an altitude of 1,500 m., It is the highest locality of the Zegna Oasis, created by the wool entrepreneur Ermenegildo Zegna and facing south over the wide, populated Po Plain and north over the wild kingdom of the Alta Val Sessera.
In the green season it is a place for recreation and sports, especially for families but also for more trained sportsmen. There are countless marked trails that, starting from Bielmonte, go into the surrounding mountains, suitable for walks, long trekking, Nordic Walking and trips by MTB or on horseback.
In the Palasport in the green season a regulation field allows basketball and volleyball games while from the top of Monte Marca there is the fun Rolba Run track (bobsleigh on wheels).
To the delight of children on the parterre the Baby Park and a fun aerial route in the nearby Bosco Avventura.
In Bielmonte you can experience the typical mountain hospitality: hotels, restaurants, snack bars, agritourisms, bars, refuges, to discover the local cuisine, linked to traditions. An equipped camper area and convenient covered parking are also available.
“La Bottega dell’Oasi” offers visitors a wide variety of typical products and local crafts.
