Rules for holiday stays vouchers  22/23

This regulation has been defined in compliance with the guidelines identified by the Piedmont Region with D.G.R 12-5235 of  June 21 2022 and by Finpiemonte, taking into consideration the needs of the recognized Tourist Consortiums and the objectives identified by the regional measure.

“ROOMS” VOUCHER

The structures participating in the initiative apply the following conditions

  • stay of min. 4 consecutive nights of which: 2 paid by the customer, 1 paid by the Piedmont Region through the consortia participating in the initiative, 1 offered by the accommodation facility that adheres to the initiative

Nominative offer, not repeatable for the same customer, on consecutive dates.

The maximum number of vouchers that can be purchased for each subject per facility is 2.

The correspondence is considered 1 Holiday Voucher = 1 room (of any type, not only single and double, but also triple, quadruple …)

  • 7 consecutive nights stay, of which 5 paid by the customer, 1 paid by the Piedmont Region through the consortiums participating in the initiative, 1 offered by the accommodation facility participating in the initiative

Offer can be doubled for a stay of 14 nights.

The rate of the offer (housing unit / night) will be proposed by the structure, in line with its characteristics and the average annual price, up to a maximum of € 300.00 / double room and / or other housing unit (max € 150 , 00 / person), valid for the entire period of the offer (from 05/09/2022 until 30/06/2023);

The accommodation facility may indicate to the customer the type of room and / or other accommodation unit envisaged and any periods excluded from the offer

Any extras and tourist taxes are to be considered the responsibility of the guest and will be paid on site

VOUCHER ROOMS OPERATING MODES

The participating tourist facilities identify the time period in which they can activate the room voucher promotion.
Customers will be able to view the proposals on the Consortium sites (or sites dedicated to the initiative) and proceed with the purchase.
At the time of sale, according to the organization methods of each Consortium:
– the customer pays the structure or the Consortium itself for the nights charged to him (minimum 2) with a tracked payment method. In case of payment to the structure, the structure sends the accountant certifying the accreditation to the reference Consortium; in the event of payment to the Consortium, the Consortium will transfer the customer shares to the structure at the end of the month in which the purchase of the vouchers was made.

The purpose of the transfers must always include the reference to the customer or the ID voucher.

  • only upon confirmation of the stay, the Consortium will transfer the amount of the night charged to the Region to the structure, exclusively by bank transfer, in the reason for which the ID voucher or the reference to the customer must be indicated;
    the structure will issue the invoice directly to the customer, at the time of the stay;
    the voucher, issued by the Consortium at the time of purchase, must be complete with all the conditions, show the payment for the nights under its responsibility by the customer, and must be kept available in case of any checks by the Piedmont Region .

According to the organizational methods of each Consortium, the customer can choose the online date at the time of purchase, or buy an open date voucher and contact the accommodation directly at a later time to book the stay, on the date he desired, checking availability.

CONDITIONS:

  • In case of no show the voucher is not refundable
    – The dates may in any case be changed if the customer is unable to use the Voucher on the agreed dates, in agreement between the customer, supplier and Consortium, which will issue the correct Voucher

The promotion is marketable until 06/30/2023 and available until 06/30/2023 (subject to exhaustion of resources)
