In Roppolo, la Casa del Movimento Lento (the home of the slow movement) is a refuge for travelers, a place to meet and share experiences along the Oropa Trail and the Via Francigena. There are 12 beds available in four rooms, two with private bathrooms and two with shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, a garden, and a bike room. The beach of Lake Viverone is nearby. Guests have access to guides, maps, a free app, and useful information on itineraries and local attractions, as well as an extensive specialized library. E-bikes are available for rental. Those traveling by bike have access to a locked, covered storage area, a small workshop, and a bike wash. At the Casa, you can pick up your credentials for the Oropa Trail and the Via Francigena.
