The company was founded thanks to Lorenzo’s passion for agriculture at the end of university studies in agriculture at the University of the Mountain.
The vineyard area is less than one hectare but expanding.
The cultivated vines are Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Croatina and Bonarda.
The yield per hectare is about 30 quintals.
All stages of processing in the vineyard and in the cellar are carried out by the owner.
The vineyards are placed in the hills with a south-west exposure.
The pH of the soil is between 4.5 and 5; they are difficult terrains due to the lack of nourishment for the plants, but these deficit conditions make the vines express all the peculiarities that offer the wine unique qualities.
