Valle Cervo Small Shop

In Campiglia Cervo, a village immersed in the beech woods and crossed by the Cervo stream, in 1998 a small shop was created offering traditional products.
The assortment ranges from local salami to Biellese and regional cheeses, to torcetti and canestrelli from Biella, to spirits, to selected wines.
In addition, some products have the BVC brand (Bottega brand) such as Campigliesi biscuits and the exclusive Amaro Vallecervo based on gentian.
The philosophy of this workshop is to rediscover, selecting them, the flavors that represent a culinary and cultural value of the territory.
