Reopened in 2014 after a careful renovation, the word “relax” is absolutely at home.
Accessible by chairlift or on foot, this lodge offers, from the large restaurant hall and from the various dehors, an unmissable 360 ° view on the circle of the Alps and the extension of the Po Valley.
The restaurant has 70 seats.
The proposed cuisine recalls the Piedmontese tradition in which the stewed meat are undisputed masters accompanied by the inevitable polenta, cooked with coarse-ground corn flour from a stone mill in the area.
The supply of meat, cold cuts, cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables is supported by a short supply chain to guarantee the quality of the flavor.
In addition to the typical cuisine, a more frugal refreshment service is also offered for those who want to choose even a stuffed sandwich or a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
All traditional recipes can be accompanied by wines, beers and liqueurs of the territory.
An overnight stay in a shelter offers a simple but comfortable welcome. It has 22 beds with sheets and duvets, divided into 6 rooms each with private bathroom and central heating.
Accommodation, bed and breakfast, half board or full board services are available to suit every needs.
In winter it is the starting point for ski slopes; in the green season it is a destination for walks, mountain biking and horse riding.
At its feet starts the fun Rolba Run track, the wheeled bobsleigh.
