Gastronomic experiences
At our tables the seasons of the year fall the recipes with the genuine flavors of tradition.
In most of the menus of our restaurants you can always find the polenta, typical dish of the Alps: polenta concia, polenta and “fricc del marghé” (with eggs and cheese), polenta and scioet (typical ragù).
But for the autumn our various cooks indulge in recipes either with seasonal vegetables but especially with mushrooms and chestnuts.
Typical of this season is the “bagna cauda”, fresh season vegetables served with anchovies sauce
