DocBi Wheel Factory

The former Fratelli Zignone Wool Mill, now known as the Fabbrica della Ruota, houses the important archival collections of the DocBi.

Over twenty company archives of textile mills that have ceased between the 18th and the second half of the 20th century have been filed and inventoried.

Belvedere Garden

 In Caprile the ownwer herself oversaw the design of the Botanical Garden.

She created 14 important collections  and  8 hectares of holistic garden.

The Sanctuary of Graglia

The origin of the Sanctuary of Graglia dates back to 1616, when the community wanted to create a Sacro Monte of 100 votive chapels on the Colle di San Carlo.

In 1659 it was decided to transform the votive chapel dedicated to the Madonna of Loreto into what is the current Sanctuary.

The Ricetto of Candelo

 In Candelo the Ricetto is an ancient late medieval fortified complex (13th – 14th century)

It is declared one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, since it is perfectly preserved

Other museums in Cervo valley, the Water Valley

 They are Lanificio Botto and the Workers ‘Village in Miagliano, the birthplace of Pietro Micca in Sagliano and the Museum of the Mutual Aid Workers’ Society in Campiglia Cervo.

These places  bear witness to Biella’s history and preserve its memory in the Cervo Valley.

The House Museum in Rosazza

The Sordevolo Trappa

La Trappa, a historic building located in the upper Elvo Valley, is a welcoming resting and refreshment point for hikers and stabling.

Inside the Trappa there is the ecomuseum of the building tradition, one of the sites of the Biella museum network.
